Sure, sometimes it just doesn't fit. But before you send something back, read this short notice – it's important!
Why we do not offer free returns.
Honestly: We don't think it's cool when packages are sent unnecessarily from one place to another. Neither the environment nor our conscience enjoys that. That's why we don't offer free returns and don't provide a return label.
However, we do our best to show you everything you need to know beforehand: with size charts, honest product information, and good pictures. And if something isn't quite clear, feel free to send us your questions. You can use the contact form for this.
Is the item damaged?
Don't panic! Simply contact us via our contact form before you send anything back. We'll check it and find a solution.

What you need to keep in mind (important!)
- Include the delivery note, invoice, or a note with your first and last name and the order number! Otherwise, we cannot process your return. Feel free to also let us know the reason for your return so we can improve our products for you.
- Pack everything properly (preferably in the original packaging)
- Remember: damaged goods must be reported first, then shipped
