Conditions of participation  crown cap campaign 2025

§ 1 Subject 

The organizer of this prize draw is the company fritz-kola GmbH, Spaldingstraße 64-68, 20097 Hamburg, Germany, represented by the managing directors Mirco Wolf Wiegert and Florian Weins (hereafter referred to as “fritz-kola”).  

For the sake of simplicity and for reasons of space, only one specific form is used below (e.g. ’the generic masculine’), but people of all genders are explicitly included. 

These conditions of participation and data privacy information govern participation in the prize draw by the participants and the collection and use of the data collected or provided by the participants. By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these conditions of participation.  

§ 2 Description of the prize draw  

fritz-kola is organizing the “fritz-kola-kronkorkenaktion 2025” campaign in Germany and Austria (campaign area) during the campaign period from 01.07.-31.10.2025. The closing date for entries is 31.10.2025, 23:59.  

To take part in the promotion, participants must purchase fritz-kola promotional products during the promotion period, enter codes on the promotion website www.fritz-kola.com/kronkorken and complete the entry form. 

§ 3 Persons authorized to participate 

Any natural, legally competent person aged 18 or over may take part. Employees of fritz-kola, its affiliated companies, reklamekontor and cooperation partners as well as their respective relatives are excluded from participation. The participant in the promotion is the person who fully complies with the conditions on the website. 

fritz-kola reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw for good cause, even without prior notice. Good cause exists in particular in the event of violations of the conditions of participation, or if participants use manipulation or other dishonest techniques and/or otherwise attempt to influence the prize draw in an unfair and/or dishonest manner. This exclusion can also be carried out after the prize has been determined.  

§ 4 Promotion period 

Prize draw period: 01.07. to 31.10.2025, 23:59.  

The closing date for entries is 31.10.2025, 23:59.  

Late entries will not be considered, regardless of the reason for the delay.
